The garden is one of the relevant spaces of this property. You can access from downstairs to the 600 square meters area with fir trees and ash trees, all surrounded by forests of centenarian beeches. It has a porch-terrace, a barbecue and a porch to park 3 or 4 cars depending its size.

Behind the entrance there is a hall to access to a 70 sqm living-room and the kitchen. The living room has a big fireplace and a balcony. The dinning-room has connexion with both, the kitchen and the living room.

It the upper floor there is a hallway with a TV and a PC, to access to the four bedrooms, each one with a full equiped bathroom.

The suite and two bedrooms have a balcony, and the fourth bedroom has a "lucana", a tipical window from the Aran Valley. One of the bedroom with balcony have four beds.

Casa Pepe is nicely decorated and is fully equipped and has a under floor heating system. The wood, a big fireplace made of stone dominating sitting-room, the piano and some antique furniture give special warmth to all areas, connected outside through large windows.

At the time of booking, a charge of 25% of the total reservation will be charged.

Within check-in, the remaining accommodation cost will be paid in cash along with 400 € as a property damage deposit and additional 250 € for the cleaning service (VAT included). Damage deposit is refundable when keys are returned and no damage is found.

Excluding tourist tax and cleaning service cost, accommodation prices depends on seasons. During skiing season, our calendar depends on Baqueira-Beret ski resort seasons:

• New Year's Eve EXTRAORDINARY season: 27 dec - 3 jan
• MID-winter.: 4-8 dec / 20-27 dec / 3-10 jan / 7 feb - 10 mar
• LOW-winter: 8-20 dec / 10 jan - 7 feb / 6 mar - 3 apr
• APRIL-NOV: the rest of the year

You can have 1/4 of cubic meter of firewood for 25 €.

According a specific regulation of Catalonia government, will come into effect an overnight tourist tax for accommodations in Catalonia from November 1st, 2012 per person, which is not included in the price. Maximal cost of this tax is the equivalent to 7 consecutive nights per person. This tax will not be applied for children under the age of 17 and will be paid at the arrival to the apartment.
