Within check-in, the remaining accommodation cost will be paid in cash along with 1000 € as a property damage deposit and additional 350 € for the cleaning service (VAT included). Damage deposit is refundable when keys are returned and no damage is found.

According a specific regulation of Catalonia government, will come into effect an overnight tourist tax for accommodations in Catalonia from November 1st, 2012 per person, which is not included in the price. Maximal cost of this tax is the equivalent to 7 consecutive nights per person. This tax will not be applied for children under the age of 17 and will be paid at the arrival to the apartment.
