1.- How do I make my reservation?

Once you have chosen a lodging, you can book it in 4 steps by filling the form in the online booking procedure in our website, which is very simple. You will find more details in How to book?

2.- How can I know daily fees?

Using the online booking process, you can see the daily prices for your selection of a lodging for a number of people and certain days of stay. In the last step, before the reservation confirmation and without any charge, you will be able to consult in detail the disaggregated prices of the proposed reservation

3.- How do I pay the booking? And in check-in at the arrival?

Payment by CREDIT CARD is made in step 4 of the online reservation process, from our reservation center. The transaction service guarantees that the operation is safe and the data is protected because the platform uses a security protocol SSL.

Upon your arrival to the lodging, the remaining accommodation costs along with the damage deposit will be paid IN CASH or by VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or MASTERCARD.

4.- Which is the right location of the lodging?

Clicking in the tip Location of any lodging window, you will find a map with the exact location. Zoom can be used to see more detail or the surrounding area.

After the e-mail it is sent when booking procedure ends, you will receive a further e-mail with the ritght direction an other information about your reservation.

5.- Which parking and public transports are close to the lodging?

6.- How do I collect keys?

Upon your arrival the lodging owner or your apartmentsbarcelona.net contact person will receive you and will give you the keys and other lodging information. In order to prevent your contact person, we kindly suggest that you call to the phone number we you will receive after your reservation confirmation, one hour before to your arrival to the lodging.

It's very important for us to know your scheduled time of arrival as accurately as possible, in order to manage check-in and key delivery efficiently. In the online reservation form you can let us know this schedule, and we suggest that you send us a confirmation e-mail some days prior to your arrival.

7.- What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is usually 16 h on for most lodgings. We will try to arrange an early check-in on arrival if it is possible.

Check-out time is before 11 h for most lodgings. For late check-out please ask us enough in advance to let you know whether if it is possible or not. We will try to please you if there is not other scheduled arrival for the same day.

8.- Do you provide towels, bed linens and menage? And Internet connexion?

All lodgings come with enough bath towels and bed linens.

Guests will also find all they need to cook and eat comfortably for a maximum number of persons of each reservation.

Wireless Intenet connexion is available in all lodgings.

9.- What if I go with young children? Free baby high-chair and cot/crib are available.

Yes, in most of our apartments there is the possibility of offering this service always on demand. After receiving the confirmation email, please indicate any special needs in this regard.

10.- Whom can I contact if I need any help about my stay?
