	Check-in:	from 16 h on (ask us if the apartment is ready before)
	Late check-in:	30 € additional cost if your arrival is later than 21 h (VAT included)
	Check-out:	before 11 h

Within check-in, the remaining acommodation cost will be paid in cash or credit card along with one month of the cost will be delivered as a property damage deposit and additional 120 € for the cleaning service (VAT included). Damage deposit is refundable when keys are returned and no damage is found.
