The living room has two balconies facing Rambla de Catalunya and two sofas, a big one made of leather and a second sofa-bed ensuring high comfort. There is also a large oak table, higher than three meters long, with upholstered in velvet chairs.

Beside the living room there are two bedrooms: one suite with double bed, desk and its own bathroom (wiht shower); and a second one with two single beds but they are convertible beds to a 180 cm double bed on request.

The third bedroom is just at the entrance of the apartment. This is a triple bedroom with two single beds, that are convertible on request to a 180 cm double bed. Finally, there is another single bed.

The second bathroom with shower and french style furniture is at the apartment entrance.

The large and fully equipped kitchen, which is in the center of the apartment, has a big working table in the middle and a colossal picture with modernist buildings of Barcelona.

At the time of booking, a charge of 50% of the total reservation will be charged.

Within check-in, the remaining acommodation cost will be paid in cash along with 500 € will be delivered as a property damage deposit and additional 150 € for the cleaning service (VAT included). Damage deposit is refundable when keys are returned and no damage is found. It is also possible to pay these amounts by VISA or MASTERCARD with an extra-cost of 1%.

Excluding tourist tax and cleaning service cost, accommodation prices depends on seasons:

• SPECIAL season in Holy Week, Formula 1 GP, New Year’s Eve, Primavera Sound Festival, Sonar Festival Music and some long weekends.
• EXTRAORDINARY season during Mobile World Congress(GSMA)
• LOW season the rest of the year

According a specific regulation of Catalonia government, will come into effect an overnight tourist tax for accommodations in Catalonia from November 1st, 2012 per person, which is not included in the price. Maximal cost of this tax is the equivalent to 7 nights per person and year. This tax will not be applied for children under the age of 17 and will be paid at the arrival to the apartment.
