	Check-in:	from 16 h on (ask us if the apartment is ready before)
	Late check-in:	30 € additional cost if your arrival is later than 21 h (VAT included)
	Check-out:	before 11 h

Within check-in, the remaining accommodation cost will be paid in cash along with one month price as a property damage deposit, for contracts up to 9 months, or two months price for 10 and 11 months contracts. Property damage deposit is refundable when keys are returned and no damage is found.

Conveniently located to get around Barcelona and surroundings. Parking close to the apartment.

Central loft just 15 minutes walk from Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA) is a 10-minute walk from the studio. You can reach the Plaza de España, Montjuïc mountain and the Barcelona Montjuïc exhibition center (Fira de Barcelona) in 20 minutes on foot.

Around the area there are many shops, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, etc.

Excellent communications for mobility around Barcelona or to leave the city.
